Professionalism is one of Theta Tau's core pillars.
We develop and maintain a high standard of professional interest among our members.

At our chapter of Theta Tau, we strive to provide all of our members with adequate resources and mentorship to help them achieve their professional goals. Whether it's through resume critiques, interview workshops, or just informal chats with alumni, Theta Tau provides the tools and support to help one get their dream job.

The unique way that Theta Tau helps you become a successful young professional, ready to be a leader in any workplace, is by teaching you the soft skills. For me personally, I learned how to be a confident public speaker, know when to stand your ground versus when to be a team player, and how to collaborate and manage deliverables among 60 unique personalities.

Coming in as a fall freshman, I didn't know what I would do with my life — let alone how to survive in a school like Berkeley. After TT, not only have I found a passion for mechanical engineering, but I've also gotten the opportunity to learn how to present myself in a more professional manner, allowing me to better develop my resume and prepare myself for interviews. Without TT, I would still be resume-less and lost in college.
